This screams underwhelming. It’s Arcanite Reaper with TINY upside. Arcanite Reaper has not been strong enough to see play in Standard for years; you can’t afford to pay 5 mana for this, especially as its lack of any real synergy makes it underwhelming both as a weapon and a Dredging tool. 2/5 at most.
