I think Tempo Shaman will try out Gavel since there have been times where I wanted to play a card here and there but I was around 1 cost less. I think Shamans can try out 2 Whack-a-Gnolls and 1 Actuinhose Gavel for example. 4 Stars.
Cool card… but it faces direct competition with the 3 mana 3/2 weapon that gives a minion +1/+1 each time you attack. Personally I think the 3/2 weapon is better, but we’ll see.
