Do cast when drawn effects count towards the card draw mentioned?
Yes, as they’re cards you draw before they’re cast. So in effect, Curse Lock is going to be able to shuffle in a bunch of cards, and then add 2 damage to each tick of fatigue. It’s why I’m incredibly worried about this card because it’s yet again another instance of uninteractable damage for Warlock. If aggro isn’t fast enough/good enough, this could be a really unpleasant play experience.
cast’s when drawn meta is about to be scary, bomb warrior or fatigue warlock will be nuts in wild
oh wow. don’ttttt sleep on this one. could be incredibly busted. it’s a battlecry so you can’t interact with it besides delaying a turn, and some decks REALLY need the card draw. I’m I think concerned with Warlock using it to help push that extra few points of damage through, but I think it’s just really strong anti warlock & anti druid tech.
3 mana 2/4 deal 2 to face is unplayable bad. You’d want to play this in a face deck obviously, but in that case the opponent can’t afford to spend their turn activating something like AI anyway regardless of if this is on the board or not since they spent their turn “doing nothing” against a deck looking to kill them in 2-3 turns.
An anti draw tech? Interesting. Although I don’t know why you would want to run that card instead of your own gameplan, realistically.
3 mana 2/4, deal 2 damage to the enemy hero. Sounds good? No, it sucks ass.
Against druid for example this is 3 mana skip enemy turn or deal 16dmg. For real you think you draw card only at beginning of the turn? It says “WHENEVER”.
That’s not quite how it works lol
Not saying it’s a great card, but it deals 2 next turn for every card that your opponent draws. The intention is to force the opponent to limit the number of cards they draw in a turn
Guys, I understand how it works, but the enemy simply won’t draw more cards while the effect is active lol. They’ll just chill and use the cards they have.
ok maybe this is too limited but i ‘m really glad to see more disruption in hearthstone!
Life Tap, Warlock! I dare ya!
*Proceeds to draw as many cards as possible to complete their quest*
