Totally not a direct rip off of (allegiance) bannerman from Legends of Runeterra which is a 4 mana 3/3 that gives your board +1/+1.
He himself is understatted, but if cards like Smugglers Run can see play I see a world where this is pretty decent and any handbuff and card draw is appreciated when you are running a lot of 1 drops for quest paladin.
