Book of Heroes (Malfurion) + Emerald Malfurion Bundle Have Been Released!

Eighth chapter of Book of Heroes is now out! This time we’ll get a closer look at the story of the base Druid Hero – Malfurion.

There are 8 fights you go through, each one detailing a part of Malfurion’s life. After beating all of them, you get one Druid Card Pack for free. Druid Card Pack contains 5 random Druid class cards from current Standard expansions.

Additionally, a new card bundle is available. You can get Emerald Malfurion skin + 5x Druid Card Pack. The deal is definitely not worth it for the packs alone, but if you fancy the Hero, then it’s not bad. $9.99 was the price of regular Heroes available in the shop, so you’re pretty much getting the 5 packs instead of a card back they came with.

Get it through Battle.net shop or in game for $9.99 / €9.99. The bundle is available through June 30.

Woah, 3 “books” in a very short time? Is this how they catching up? or is this how they want us to be busy within this ~2 months period before next expac hit?
    I wonder why..
But no matter, I still busy completing (read:grinding) mini-set achievements that I forgot all new solo adventures entirely.

I think it’s a mix of both. Now that they want to release all Book of Heroes AND Book of Mercenaries before next Standard year, they have to pack a lot of them. So they probably decided to focus on that downtime period between mini-set and another expansion.

I’m not a big fan of those adventures anyway, I liked the Dungeon Run style PvE content way more, but I know that a lot of people like them, and it’s free content, so I won’t complain.

If they planned to release all books before next April, I think 1 book per month is enough, unless they want to include all extra heroes like Khadgar, Maiev, Tyrande, etc, and we haven’t even get our hand on Mercenaries yet.

Aside from that, I’m think I never see any new QA session with Iksar. Is it over? Did he finally stop ‘communicating’ with players?
