Ashes of Outland Wallpapers – Desktop & Mobile Versions, High Quality (Full HD)

It’s good to finally release Ashes of Outland wallpapers, even though they are a bit too late. We’ve also published Descent of Dragons wallpapers 2 weeks ago, so check them out if you want.

Let me explain myself one more time. Previously, I could easily make them even before the expansion’s release, or shortly after, because all artworks were available in the official press kit. It’s not a case for a while now, and things were even more rough in Ashes of Outland, where literally zero card artworks were made available in there. I had to look for them online, often straight from the artist pages. Most of them were in pretty low resolution, so then I had to upscale them before cropping to the right size. A lot of the amazing artwork is nowhere to be found – there are a lot of cards I would love to turn into wallpapers, but couldn’t for that reason.

Still, I think that the end result is satisfying – we’ve got over 100 wallpapers, spread pretty evenly between desktop & mobile. All of the wallpapers are in 1920 x 1080 resolution (or 1080 x 1920 for mobile) – I would love to make them bigger, like 4k or at least 1440p, but it was already difficult to get some images to the Full HD size. If you need any of the wallpapers in a different resolution you can ask in the comments and I’ll try to do it.

Another good news is that besides Ashes of Outland itself, I also got some cool wallpapers from Trial by Felfire event (since it came with a cool cinematic trailer).

Still, I managed to create almost 100 wallpapers with an even split – 48 for mobile & 48 for desktop. All of the wallpapers are in 1920 x 1080 resolution (or 1080 x 1920 for mobile) – I would love to make them bigger, like 4k or at least 1440p, but it was already difficult to get some images to the Full HD size.
