Final version. Base on the weak cards Warrior continue to get from Blizzard this expansion, this is easily the best Control Warrior deck possible, well ofcourse if you do not mind playing Taunt Warrior.
With town crier,armorsmith, wood cutter, rabid worgen and militia commander, our early game will be much better from the previous meta. If you get bad draw vs aggro, warpath and Razor can clear the early board very good. Save Brawl and excute for important target. Why Cairne? First since we can control the early game now we can afford to drop Cairne turn 6. He is very sticky and help us to hold on the board even more. If he got hard removal, thats even better because Lichking, Ysera will safer later turn.and Cairne can be draw by the Countess, speaking of which, will be the new MVP of CW.
In the era of Cubelock, Tinker is much better than spell breaker. Can be play on curve vs faster deck, and can turn your town crier to a 5/5 sometimes as a bonus lol.
Since we still doesnt have any win condition which is suck for a control deck, we have to rely on big drop to finish the game fast. A deadman hand is included to make sure you can play your big threat twice, or have more removals and win if the match came to fatigue. Although without Justicar or armorup card, that only our last resort now.
Talk about removals, we have 3 in the deck. I drop shieldslam because we dont run enough armor card and play more midrangish approach. Voodoo doll is good in CW and can be draw by the Countess too, which is huge. And all the big rush minion can be count as removal, fir example you can kill a Ysera by attack it with the last charge of woodcutter, then buff your royal guard to 10/4 and slam to it, kill it and leave a 10/4 body on board. Sound pretty good isnt it.
So, in the next 4 months we are going to play something like this if you want to play traditional CW like me. Better than the last met for sure but a mid tier 2 deck as best.
