Situational card, i can see this a spot in decks with very good Aoe (shadowflame, Brawl, Blade flurry + oil, flamestrike, equality/consacration/pyro, Auchenai+circle or light bomb), when you have good chances to play this for 2-3 mana, and sporadically for free.
Volcanic Drake + dragon’s breath can give you an incredible tempo advantage after a good Aoe.
A Lot of people forget, that this card is very hard to play before turn 4, where it trades disfavorably with a piloted shredder. It could see some play, tho, for example in deathrattle Hunter with uth.
