Been having a ton of fun with this deck. Currently 18-4 in the rank 10 range. The deck manhandles pretty much everything on ladder aside from Cubelock (surprise surprise). The Umbra combo is nuts if you can hit it but that part of the deck is so inconsistent I’m considering dropping it for another Grimestreet Enforcer or silence effect.

Some personal thoughts on mulligan strats:

    -Always keep Val’Anyr

    -Prioritize having a 1 drop

    -Always keep Call to Arms

I found that more or less sticking to that will give you some solid results.

Its all about using umbra in conjunction with valanyr’s deathrattle. You use the charges get the buffs on minions (hopefully the chain gang) then you’re breaking the valanyr and buffing more minions in hand. From what I understand; however, the umbra interaction doesn’t work with dopplegangsters.

Do you have any idea why it doesn’t work?

How is it worth it to play umbra and nzoth when you only have three deathrattle minions from which tirion is the only one really worth resurrecting? Could someone explain?

Well, nzoth would resurrect ALL the deathrattle minions from valanyr too
