With the new totem cards in K&C the OTK totem combo will become easier to pull off. The combo if you don’t know is having four totems on board, then buffing one with primal fusion twice, then playing 2 totemic mights then crazed alchemist your buffed totem, give it windfury and hit the opponents face twice.
By the end of the buffing you will have about 4 mana left, if you do it on turn 10. So you can use your devolves or your earth shock to get rid of any taunts that are blocking your path to the face.
This deck focuses on board control. So cards like Flamewreathed Faceless, Hex and Windshear Stormcaller will make it easier to keep the board.
