You might try the following replacements for Kun:
Medihv – Provides good synergy with spreading madness and Ultimate Infestation
Ysera – Provides value and is a good anti-priest card
Alexstrasza – Can be a heal or a setup for finisher
Lich King – Big taunt that sometimes provides good cards. Not as good for this deck though as many of his cards you will not want to play in the late. Still could possibly work.
Personally, I think Medihv is the best replacement.

Makes Fandral difficult to remove for priests. Can set up finishers too.
i´ts mostly there to buff early jade boards and to buff plague
