Shop Update: Returning Hero Skins, Signature Bundles

Another shop update dropped today! It’s a mid-sized update mostly focusing on Signatures. We have a few more Signature Starship bundles, Signature version of the “space-related” cards, and even some random Signature + card pack bundles. There are also two returning skins for Mage and Paladin, both (as always) purchasable for Gold. Anyway, here are all of the new items that are available this week:

  • Celeste (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Mage skin. Originally available from the Alterac Valley paid rewards track (Tavern Pass).
  • Ascended Uther (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Paladin skin. Originally available from a shop bundle in September 2021.
  • Signature Nebula Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – Signature version of Nebula + 5 Shaman card packs.
  • Signature Black Hole Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – Signature version of Black Hole + 5 Warlock card packs.
  • Signature Dwarf Planet Bundle (2000 Runestones or $20) – Signature version of Dwarf Planet + 5 Warrior card packs.
  • The Scavenger’s Will Bundle (6000 Runestones or $60) – Signature versions of The Gravitational Displacer, Starship Schematic and Scrounging Shipwright + 5 Rogue card packs.
  • The Celestial Archive Bundle (6000 Runestones or $60) – Signature versions of Exarch Othaar, Starlight Reactor and Sha'tari Cloakfield + 5 Druid card packs.
  • The Nether’s Eye Bundle (3500 Runestones or $35) – Signature versions of Felfire Thrusters and Heart of the Legion + 5 Warlock card packs.
  • Signature The Great Dark Beyond Bundle (2500 Runestones or $25) – Random Signature Legendary card from GDB + 7 GDB card packs.
  • Golden Signature The Great Dark Beyond Bundle (5000 Runestones or $50) – Two random Signature Legendary cards from GDB + 5 Golden GDB card packs.

Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, unique Hero tray, or some extra visual effects. Some of those might also be included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins! Blizzard has added their own “rarities” for Battlegrounds skins, but they haven’t done it so far for Constructed (other than Diamond & Legendary Heroes).

New items usually stay in the shop for around 1-2 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (3 or more weeks) but I wouldn’t universally count on that, so if you’re interested in one of them, get them soon.
