General Mulligans

This would be the best hand in my opinion. Start your turn 1 with Bloodrock Shovel into a turn 2 Kobold miner. If you have the coin u can play scourge illusionist and pretty much guarantee you will get a 0 cost Drilly the kid. Use shadowstep or saloon brewmaster on Drilly the kid to activate his quickdraw and battlecry as much as possible. With this deck you will be able to excavate like a true Kobold.
