Quick news – Blizzard president Mike Ybarra has just announced that in the latest update, the friend cap for Battle.net client has been doubled from 200 to 400. People have been asking for more deck slot… I mean friend slots for a while now. Now if your list is full, instead of looking for people you don’t remember why you invited in the first place and removing them, you can just add more. Way more.
So if you’re a person with a lot of friends, or accepting a lot of rage invites weeks after they happened and the person doesn’t even know who you are anymore, this change is for you! Enjoy!
The update is rolling out right now, so if you still can’t add more than 200, just wait a bit and it should work soon.
So the https://t.co/mLNXyv1kce team surprised me just now. Friends cap is now 400 (up from 200 max). Rolling out now to all – I had a friend test it and it worked! Give it a try (might take a bit to roll out to all). Well done @battlenet, well done.

The salt is strong recently.
Had two people rage friendship me, a cocky control priest that died to a 37/38 trenchstalker and a DK that emoted like a big boy, but when he lost got mad about a well-played from me kekw.
Both removed me after I accepted them the day after.
Though I had a rare tie recently as well, so made at least one new “friend”.
I’ve had 350+ friends ever since they connected friends over different servers a year or two back, so not sure what this is about. Shouldn’t make any difference for me I guess.
