General Mulligans
Your main goal is to get Guff and survive until you can get a board good enough to play The Jailer. Base your mulligan around that.Homebrew deck I built after the mini-set came out. Built it to have fun but have went 4-3 in ladder so it seems to be working at least a bit in ladder.
Plan A:
Step 1: Draw Vanndar or Guff (preferably both)
Step 2: Build a strong board.
Step 3: Make sure said strong board survives for at least 1 turn.
Step 4: Play The Jailer.
Step 5: Win.
Plan B:
Survive until you can execute step 2-5 of plan A.
