Mulligans
This deck is 5/10 in my theorycrafts, and it is probably the weirdest one. The idea behind the deck is that Renethal + Cariel + healing is pretty powerful, but paladin lacks strong ways to heal outside of maki roll. Luckily, Elitist Snob shakes things up by providing a strong and versatile middle-game tool for holy paladin. Because of that, we’re running muckborn servant as well which is a decent 3 drop that makes elitist snob more consistent. The biggest buff to holy paladin in my opinion isn’t any class cards, but rather how much neutral disruption has been printed. As you can tell, this deck is pretty much designed to control aggro matchups and ruin combo/otk matchups by including Theotar, Steamcleaner, and Mutanus. Finley is here to help control aggro matchups by potentially finding a more useful hero power since we aren’t too worried about board control.
