Turn 4 is a setup turn where you play Preparation, Scabbs Cutterbutter, a 0 Mana Potion of Illusion to add a 1/1 Scabbs to hand, and Shadowstep to return the original Scabbs to your hand.
Then on turn 5, you can play a combo activator, the 1 Mana Scabbs, a 0 Mana Scabbs, and then Kazakusan for 2 Mana (it is discounted by both Scabbs).
This deck is not good, but it is the optimal way to play as many treasures as possible.
