It’s a 4 mana 5/5 with an extra 2 mana Draw 2 and changing their Stats.

As for the Stats themselves, I can see this working, sure, but I feel that tStonehearth is more of a Niche Legendary that made for an even Nicher mage. And I know that Heartstone will enforce you to pull off discosting a 0 mana Pyroblast to OTK With.

Always find big mage weird usually you play mage cause you like spells, but big mage prohibits you to take the good spells. So you try to stay alive with a minion mage untill the big spells maybe come. Weird game plan if you ask me.

      This.

There where some interesting payoff cards (that Dragon Lady, dunno her name) but it’s such a weird game plan.

Pocket Galaxy Mage is the next thing to a good deck that could abuse this *shrug*.

One swaps the attack and one swaps the health??

Yeah, that’s how it should work. First spell swaps its cost with Balinda’s attack, second with health (or vice versa, however they code it).

Might as well call this Belinda Hearthstone.
Good card. But need 6+ spells to be useful.

What kind of idiotic wording is this? It should say either its attack or its health not its “stats”. What if one is different somehow?

Assuming you’re running strictly big spells, this can be a 6 mana 8/10 that draws and discounts two big spells to 5 mana. Great mana cheating card.

Half the mage cards revealed….where are the big spells at? With this and the fort they pretty much all need to be big spells to have enough targets since as of right now we have just Deep Freeze in Standard pretty much (imagine playing Flamestrike in current year).

Haha, this is one of those cards that would be insane in the right deck… but there is no right deck for it 😀 Hopefully the plan is to reveal more expensive spells, I liked the old Big Spell Mage deck a lot!

I feel like this expansion, they have been pushing several synergy cards for different classes without the cards that they would actually work with. Looks like maybe of this set’s cards will be dead on release but become relevant as future expansions come around.

No doubt the card can be insane, but unless Mage gets a huge overhaul in core set rotation I am just not seeing it. The issue with a card like this is currently twofold imo.

        1) Not enough big spells. No brainer.

        2) Not enough minions to facilitate a big spell deck post rotation. Upon thinking about it a bit more this and the Fort DO have Grand Finale as a target and there are currently enough elementals to sort of supplement that kind of package. The issue is that is all going bye-bye next year and Mage has gotten hardly any minions this current rotation to fill all the holes. If you are running a deck with 7 big spells or whatever you kind of need 23 decent minions to fill out the deck….and mage just doesn’t have that right now.

I HIGHLY doubt big spell mage would run more than like 15 minions. Think about how many lower cost spells there are that generate more resources.

And think about how absolute garbage it would be to play a 6 mana 2/2 draw 2 5 mana Ignites. You pretty much auto lose if the bunker or legendary hits anything under like 5 mana.

The 5 mana board clear from KnC (I believe) wasn’t an autolose if it hit something like AI because 5 mana hellfire isn’t game losing and is still usually good enough to clear aggro boards on curve. Would you rather it dealt 5 or more? Yeah, obviously, but it was still a beneficial effect.

The legendary drawing ignite and an AI completely bricks your hand and gives you a 6 mana 2/3 to just auto lose with.

Yeah good point. Would need a lot of minions for early game then spells later. Seems like there might be smaller minions that people just never play and forget about that could be used to fill in the gaps.

Isn’t it obvious look at all the cards released this year not just this new expansion. Big spell mage, deathrattle rogue, handbuff Pali, handlock, pirate warrior, frost shaman. This is hearthstones wild update. And they all laughed at me for not dusting my golden moorabi. They’re probably still laughing honestly…

Good job! I never dust any wilds or anything (even though I never play wild – some day).
