If those repeated frost spells also counted as cast, then it’s all good.
But a 7cost 6/6 + board of 3/4 is really not that intimidating.
Even if combined with parrots for repeated effect.

Shaman will now NEED frost spells with twinspell style mechanic or anything that adds frost spells to your hand, maybe something that adds a mage frost spell to your hand, now that I think about it… imagine this card being for mage
Shaman obviously needs a frost Nova esque spell. Or how about one of those last 3 turns environmental cards that freezes 2 minions a turn?
