Mulligans
General Mulligans
Generally speaking we are currently in a tempo oriented metagame, as such you want anything that can pivot spells to get lightning Bloom or simply have Lightning Bloom itself. The idea is to either get a 10 drop 20/20 from Kazakus or go for a less mana intensive Primordial Protector that summons a random 8. Both of theese plays can and will win you games due to cheer cheese + whenever you don't hit theese cards in thet Mulligan the rest of the deck is low cost so you'll always have something to play in the earlygame. Although your earlygame mostly revolves around discovering spells to get to one of theese combos early and consistently.
Aggro Mulligans
Theese 11 cards make up the anti aggro shell of the deck and are specifically there to counter aggro. Serpentine portal and Devolving missiles are the greatest amongst theese cards but the other ones are absolutely fantastic aswell. Landslide in particular usually wins you games with the addition of Primordial Studies and Guidance (overloading you for the spell all the while generating resources)Between spell discovery, lightningblooms, prim protectors and Kazakus you have a strong shell of which to stand. Devolving missiiles is as we all know overpowered and the combo of Guidance (pick both spells) into landslide is a very real and powerful combo.

Mulligan Guide
In the Mulligan you’re looking for one of two things Lightning Bloom + Primordial Protector or Lightning Bloom + Kazakus, Golem Shaper, if you can’t find any of theese just search for good earlygame like Wandmaker, Primordial Studies, Mankrik and Serpentshrine Portal. Some altrekation of this will be seen in specifik matchups namely that of:

Paladin
In the Paladin matchup you also want to keep Devolving Missiles in your opener to counterract their buff heavy earlygame
and

Hunter
In the hunter matchup Landslide will be your best friend in addition to Ras Frostwhisper and Serpentshrine Portal theese cards make for a solid earlygame agains hunters. Also this is the matchup where Tidal Wave will frequently just win you the game, (a card you will draw ini almost ever game between Taelan Fordring and Primordial Protector
