A deck based around the choose one mechanics of Untapped Potential; with the added power of Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate. I know there are probably many other cards you could swap out for, but this is just a basis of what a good choose one druid looks like. Many of the expensive aren’t necessary to the function of the deck, like Tinkmaster Overspark, or even Yogg-Saron. Before the new expansion came out I used a similar deck without him and instead Goru the Mightree.
One of the greatest mechanics in this deck is untapped potential. You will always get this card starting hand, as its a quest. Never get rid of this card from your starting hand. Instead of the regular curve you will want to have each card in the curve one less then the amount of mana you have. This leads to you getting Untapped Potential finished turn 5. Once Untapped potential is finished you want to get as many cards as you can out and buff them with cards like Power of the Wild, or Blessing of the Ancients. I don’t suggest removing this card or using a cheaper alternative, cause there isn’t one. This card is what makes this deck so good, it gives your choose one cards double value.
Keeper Stalladris is a great addition to any choose one deck, but he can sometimes be tricky to play. If your playing against a much more aggressive deck, he will usually be killed before you can utilize his ability. If you get him in your starting hand depending on who your playing against, you should remove him. If your playing against a more aggressive deck like a Demon Hunter, I suggest saving him or drawing a new card. However, if your playing against a deck that’s slower like a deathrattle Preist, you should save him and play him soon. One of my favorite combinations is playing him turn three, and on turn four playing Power of the Wild and getting that extra +1/+1 card.
Archspore Msshi’fn, theres nothing bad to say about this card. His Prime is a little weak on its own but it is one of this decks strongest cards with Untapped Potential. Archspore Msshi’fn is a great way to stay alive when playing aggressive decks, but thats not all he does. When he dies his Prime form goes into your deck. HIs prime form normal gives you either a 9/9 with taunt or a 9/9 with rush, but with Untapped Potential you can get both for 10 mana. I’ve found this is a great way to stay alive, and get rid of large taunt minions so your other minions can hit face. Combining this with Keeper Stalladris can be a great way to get more cards and let you play another 9/9 next turn if you still need protection or damage.
