General Mulligans

Your main goal is to ramp up as soon as possible and to get Ysera as soon as possible out. 

Holding Ysera because it is a dragon what will allow you to play breath of dreams early.

Emerald explorer will do the same.

Against aggro a little heal or early board remove could be worth it, too. 

So go for ramp and cards like lunar eclipse and crystal power.
