While I have truly expected some cards revealed over the last week (through blog posts and such), we haven’t seen any ever since the official announcement. But it’s finally going to change today, because we have the first reveal scheduled today (at 10 AM PT / 19:00 CET).
If it’s your first reveal season, you should know a few things. Once a new card is revealed, we’ll try to post it on our website and social media as quickly as possible. While the quality of revealed cards is not always very high, since they’re cut from screenshots of videos, streams etc. – we always post a HQ version of the card once it’s available. It’s relatively easy when it comes to English cards, because we know the official name and text.
However, everything gets a bit more complex when the revealed cards are in other languages. Some foreign content creators are posting both their language version as well as English, but from time to time we get only the non-English version. In that case, we need to find a translation first before posting the card, and for that we need to rely on early translations found online (on reddit, in Twitch comments etc.). In order to show you the card as quickly as possible, we use those early translations, because it often takes hours to get the official English version from Blizzard.
Our translated cards are USUALLY more or less correct (details like the exact card name or wording on the effect), but we posted a poorly translated cards with different effects in the past, for which we’re sorry. If you see some weird card names or text that doesn’t follow usual card rules – don’t worry, it most likely means that it’s an early translation and we’ll post a correct version as soon as it’s available. If the wait time for official English version would be shorter, we wouldn’t bother with translations, but in the most extreme cases it can be DAYS when the card is revealed over the weekend. That’s why we feel like the risk of some bad early translations doesn’t outweigh the benefit of showing you the cards way sooner.
And if you have been with us before – welcome back!
In case you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the full reveal schedule. The times are in CET, but if you want to see how it looks in your local time zone, you can find the official card list / reveal schedule here!

Looking forward to holy handgrenade (hopefully) tomorrow
Interesting problem with translations.
I would suggest to mark translated cards with `*` or something simlar to let visitors know that text is not final / official. Problem solved!
I always put something along the lines of “This is a translated version of the card, final English version might have a different name / effect” in the card’s description. I also explicitly state that it’s a translated version when sharing it on social media. But the problem is that not everyone looks at that – a lot of people just look at the card and that’s it.
Same thing for the * – only people who actually know what that means would understand that it’s translated, someone visiting the site from outside would have no idea what that means. Plus a lot of people would still miss it, trust me :p
