SI:7 is especially good if you have the coin, not as good if you dont. You can also keep any of the four drop minions if you have one or two of the ones listed above.
This deck relies on many strong deathrattles and control to be able to pull ahead of you opponent slowly.
Infested Tauren is used to slow down the many aggro decks that are in the meta now, it also allows N’zoth to summon a taunt minion, which can save you from death while getting a strong board.
A good replacement for Bloodmage Thalnos would be Loot Hoarder as it achieves a very similar goal by drawing cards and being a two drop.
Assassinate is for the very popular C'Thun decks, as well as any other big minions you may run into.
