Shaman’s trash card, she’s 50% good for something! (5/2, I’m almost thinking about turning it to dust, because of the rage that this trash card gives you!!)

It is broken. Imagine this card together with Dwarven Archaeologist:)

This is a card that will make the cut for all lists just because it’s flexible.

It’s passable even in sub-optimal conditions (on curve) and the upside if you’re able to hold it is substantial enough to justify a slot in all but the most packed lists.

The question is less of “is this good enough” and more of “is shaman good enough”.

Hate random, but basically this is Ethereal Lackey. It’s not brain-dead, because you need to risk to pull more from this card.

Effect of this card is a battlecry, so has great synergy with Quest.
Also you can discover a ton of cards with Dwarven Archeologist.
In addition to that shaman has access to Lightning Bloom.

This card will play in any deck that would like to discover a spell, and in APM decks build around this card.

Oh boy this set is going to be a huge letdown.

And here it is the reason shaman gets access to a 2 Mana boost 0 cost that overloads it’s so that you may play something like this and get the full effect. Seeing as you only have to play in same turn and it doesn’t say in what order.

Potential turn 5 0TK with Dwarven Archeologist? All discoverded cards cost (1) less?

The card design is solid BUT you have to discover a PLAYABLE spell the SAME turn so you may wait till turn 8 to play a 5 mana spell. Shaman spell’s pool is a bit wide to get the needed burst or removal… A bit overrated card. 3/5.

Preety interesting card, but I don’t think that that’s the card that will help Control Shaman, which does not lack removals nor spells, it lacks wincons. I find it a nice addition to an archetype that needs something else to really take off, but I think that it is preety overrated.
    3 Stars.

So Shamans get Devolve again thanks to Devoling Missiiles.

Other than that, it’s just a Solid Legendary. Not to sure how truly powerful it is, but it’s defnentially something.

One thing I will say is that I only wish that this was a Epic Minion instead of Legendary, but becuase I want cheaper decks, but the Flavour feels a bit too stale for a Legendary,. in my taste. But that’s just me.

But yeah, when your trying to fill that board and you just nothing else to use for your 30th card, put in Instructor Fireheart. You’ll do fine.

    4 Stars.

Oh c’mon why can’t mage get legendaries like this…? .

This seems like a really fun card to use and since Shaman has overload spells you get more value outta them for cheaper. Another thing are the 0 mana totem spells that you could spam to get huge totems, will have to see.

    interesting, but costly
the legendary of mage which produces spells have more consistent mechanics

Shaman is happy to have any card generation he can get. Honestly even a 3/3 that discovers a spell ain’t bad, and if you draw it later you’ll be able to chain 2 or 3 spells easy. Kinda like Underbelly Angler, but no deck buildarounds needed.

The “7 lightning bolts in a row” dream is pretty unlikely, but just chaining a few and winding up with a big spell for next turn is fine. Good card but I’m still nervous we haven’t seen a Shaman Wincon that isn’t totems this set. :/

Wow. Wish we got this for mage. U can discover 7 spells in 1 turn

Hmmm, I could see this as a late game burn spell chain card.

what does repeat exactly mean in this case ?

You cast i twice ? Or does it mean the spell is cast as often as your mana allows ?

oh now i understand, when you cat the spell this turn you can just discover another one right ?

Ok, seems pretty good to me. As a Priest Player, i would love to have this one

If you play the spell you discover, you discover a new spell. If you play that spell, you discover another one, etc.

As a lover of priest and mage, and a non-fan of warrior and shaman… this is pretty cool.

Perfect replacement for my Vulpera Scoundrel. Nothing amazing but a pretty solid card for quest shaman.

Seems mediocre. Nothing busted about this card, except maybe at late game, it may act as a Lyra and discover fits this card well. But overall, not much is happening. Find a removal or burst spell, ok good, not busted, just use zeph.

Nah man this on its own is very good as well, compared to zephrys. If you run a highlander shaman then of course this will see play for redundancy. Also with the new innervate this has much much more potential.

You can’t discover lightning bloom, only spells that cost 1 or more. I think it’s good and efficient in a Highlander build. Adding winrate to the deck is fine by all means, but it isn’t busted. Ofc if you compare her to vulpera scoundrel she seems insane, but overall it won’t feel horrible when played against you.
