General Mulligans
Miscreant is very good in order to activate the combo. Necrium Apothecary is always a keep because it sets up the deck. Necrium Blade is useful for triggering the Apothecary's death rattle. If you get Waxadred, keep him unless you have Apothecary because it is too risky to toss him back and then not draw either of them.
This deck summons lots of Waxadreds and overwhelms the opponent with lots of Waxadreds.
The basis of this deck is that you use

to put some candles in your deck, then use
to draw those candles and then finally use
to put shadows in your deck. Then boom, lots of Waxadreds.
