General Mulligans
The reason for my choices may seem for the most part obvious as my low cost cards like 1 or 2 mana but my reasoning for water elemental is if you dont have any minions and feel like you're not going to get any minions it is a relable choice mostly for turn 2 though and not so much for turn one but feel free to mulligan as one pleases.
This is a Tempo mage deck built for the new expansion being released innspring this deck will have replacements for cards such as Mad Scientists and Dr. Boom. deck is viable to change at any inctance that it is noted to be flaming garbage.
