The goal of this deck is to use Spirit of the Shark and Togwaggle to get two Wondrous Wands.

Then, we play Leeroy and shuffle a ton of them with Togwaggle’s Scheme.

Pull out hopefully six 0 mana Leeroys with the Wands!
