Is this actually viable on ladder with all the aggro decks?
Based on my experience over the last couple of days … No. Removal and heal options are too intermittently draw-dependent to keep up.
Replacement for soularium?
Besides the Galvanizer > Mecha’thun > Grim Rally, is there some sort of combo with Plot Twist usage? Or just use it when you have a dead hand?

Soularium draws 3 cards and discard them at the end of the turn. With plot twist you keep these cards and them won’t be discarded
