Desperate Measures in-hand is better than actual Secrets, as those can be pulled from the deck, but only if you're not going to mulligan a Secret to go find it, as a consistent Blade/Spy is probably worth more.
Prismatic Lens at the end of the game is just bad card draw if you don't pull two cards, so it's best to have it in hand and not somewhere near the bottom.
Assorted Secret package, including Bellringer Sentry and Masked Contender to cull my draws, and if they’re at the bottom, I can always Prismatic Lens into a Zilliax or something Magnetic, and start working towards a sustainable late-game Kangor's Endless Army.
