You could start the game with a secretkeeper in combination with secrets, With the coin, you could do this turn one, and then follow up with a Sunreaver Spy for 2 powerful opening plays.

Another way to get a good start if you don't get a 1 drop in your starting hand, is to start with a secret and on the following turn playing Sunreaver Spy or Mysterious Blade.
