Mulligan:
– The cards to really look for are Murkspark Eel and Primalfin Totem. There are your best tool for getting ahead and staying ahead in the early game.
Gameplay:
– This deck feels a lot like the popular meta deck you seen on ladder, except it’s packed full of murlocs. The idea is to put early pressure on the opponents with your murlocs, then finish the game off with the likes of Gentle Megasaur and Eureka! shenanigans.
– Eureka!: the strategy’s pretty clear here, Eureka! should hit either Al’Akir, Charged Devilsaur, or Sea Giant. Specifically, Devilsaur is a fantastic target.
Tip: Eureka!>>Devilsaur + Rockbiter + Windfury = 20 damage.
Pitfalls:
As always in my deck deck guides, I like to point out some of the pitfalls of the deck. By pitfalls I mean the ways for the deck to really fail at what it’s intended to do. These are things to watch out for…
– This deck is aggressive and will run out of steam eventually.
– Guaranteeing a beneficial pull from Eureka! can be problematic and sometimes requires recklessly emptying the hand during the turns leading up to Eureka!
– This deck runs no AoE whatsoever, so coming from behind is difficult.
