I don’t think why people rate it so low, seems to be fairly good with zoo warlock, as it gives that deck more consistency.

Yes, lifesteal battlecries do heal – look at lifedrinker.
This card feels ok, I like it.
This looks decent. It will always heal for 1, possibly 3 or more, and has a 1 damage ping. A good arena card, maybe ok for the right constructed deck
I think this card might sneak up on people
