Experimental: The deck should be considered a work in progress.
Druid isn’t one of the classes you’d expect to see a Dragon based deck, but using all of its ramp potential is a good place to start. Wild Growth and Darnassus Aspirant can get you into the game, and Twilight Guardian is such a good four drop that it’s being fit into every deck! Another interesting addition is Master Jouster, the card hasn’t seen much play, but due to a lot of high cost minions it might actually work here. Aviana, Druid’s new legendary, also makes an appearance and if you’re able to keep it on the board for at least one turn you should be able to win the game!
Made some adjustments since I don’t have chillmaw and alex, but essentially this is a ramp and late game god druid. As long as you keep up with your opponent’s tempo and survive, the late to end game is super strong. I put in Emperor to help with the curve and KEEP THE DAMN INNERVATES FOR AVIANA.
Any progress in playing this deck? I have switched one ancient of war to ancient of lore. But I still can’t get higher than rank 10.
Nonetheless it’s my favourite deck in this season.
Been enjoying this deck, works pretty well so far.
I made a deck exactly the same except for 3 cards.
Instead of 2 blackwings and one alex i have 2 ancient of lores and one cennarius.
same thing thing pretty much.
prepare to blow most aggro decks away.
SAVE INNERVS. aviana+ innerv+ whatever you want after is one of the best plays in the game right now.
Why no emperor? Reducing Aviana’s cost seems really good.
Great Work! Aviana fits very well with those bombs! 🙂
How do you survive agianst aggro ?
Aspirant, Twilight Guardian, and Chillmaw..the deck is actually more solid againt aggro than traditional combo druid. admit it Shade and Shredder are practically useless against aggro.
