The Art of Hearthstone Book
One of the great things about Hearthstone is the awesome artwork that is included with the game. Blizzard has a lot of talented artists creating art for cards and the game in general. You can have some of that art in book form with the upcoming release of the Art of Hearthstone. it comes in two editions: one is a standard hardcover, and the other is a limited imitation leather covered version that will be seated inside a Hearthstone box. There’s only 1,000 copies of this version and it is signed by the Hearthstone development team! You can grab the standard release for $45 US, or the limited version for $125 US.
From goblins and gnomes to kobolds and catacombs, the Hearthstone team has drawn up a veritable universe for all the sets that we’ve introduced to the game. The Art of Hearthstone, our long-awaited inaugural art book, compiles concept art illustrations spanning the game’s earliest days to the release of League of Explorers.
Within this fabled tome, you’ll discover early concepts of some of your favorite cards and game boards, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how Hearthstone was brought to life.
The Art of Hearthstone will be available globally on October 15 in English only, with French, German, Russian, Polish, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified) versions to follow. You’ll be able to purchase it wherever books are sold.
Editions
The Art of Hearthstone will come in two editions: a hardcover Standard Edition priced at US $45, and a Limited Edition priced at US $125—limited to 1,000 numbered copies, all signed by the Hearthstone development team—available exclusively through Blizzard Gear Store, and at BlizzCon 2018.
The Limited Edition features an imitation leather cover, and will be seated inside a gorgeous Hearthstone box. It also includes two high-quality prints in a portfolio, and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity—also signed by the Hearthstone development team.
