This is a Malygos Shaman.
Your goal with this deck is it to reduce the cost of Electra Stormsurge to 1 with Grumble.
After that done play Electra Stormsurge with Eureka.
It will summon 2 Malygos.
Then you have 3 Mana Crystals left. You can play 2 times Lightning Bolt and 1 time Frost Shock or 1 time Lightning Bolt and 2 times Frost Shock. The first option is better because you get 3 more extra damage out.
Total damage: First option (37 damage) and Second option (34 damage).
