More mana and mostly the fact that your opponent can’t remove the threat you’re putting on the board. You put your minion down and buff it on your first Temporus turn, and use the second turn to finish buffing it if needed, and kill.
In theory, it’s great against control (if they put taunts down before your double turns, you just play a Mass Dispel at some point during those two turns) and combo (except really fast ones like Mec’Thun priest), and gets beaten up by aggro.

basically divine spirit on unpowered steambot multiple times and then inner fire. temporus is for more mana (extra turn) to pull off the combo
