Still no real card draw for shaman but this card is pretty good, id say better than far sight and mana tide totem provided you run some elementals.

Why not a real draw? Play after Electra for 2+2 cards on turn 5. Not bad at all.
2 mana shamen mimic pod with a requirement isn’t to bad

the requirement is also something shaman already wants to do.
Is it? Most decks don’t have to much elementals and even if you have one you still can’t play it whenever you want. Maybe in a new deck this could be good enough.
