For this combo you will need a coin. If you don’t get the coin at the start of the game, WANTED! will easily provide it.

Next, you need to draw both Sonya Shadowdancer and Shadowstep, play Sonya, and shadowstep her. (You will need that 1-cost Sonya for later)

Draw the following cards: boomerang (1), preparation (1), shiv (1), envenom weapon (1), mecha’thun (1), Myra’s Unstable Element (1).

Play Myra.

This is where the fun begins.

Set-up turn: play hero power or any weapon whatsoever, and cast envenom weapon to it.

Make sure that you’ve emptied your hand by this point. You need to have only the cards previously mentioned (VRRY IMPORTNT)

The second set-up turn: play Mecha’thun. Play coin, and play 1-cost Sonya (the one you shadowstepped). Cast preparation, then cast Doomerang on your Mecha’thun. This will kill Mecha’thun, and leave your hand with only: a 1/1 Mecha’thun that costs 1, shiv, and the weapon Doomerang gave you.

THE COMBO TURN:

  1. Play the weapon created by Doomerang (just to get rid of it)
  2. Play that sweet sweet 1-cost Mecha’thun
  3. Cast Shiv on it, killing it.
  4. Profit. You now have a 100% win rate.

Alternatives and techs:

Myra is not 100% necessary. But it is the best way of burning the rest of your deck.

Countess Ashmore is the most effective way of drawing Mecha’Thun, since it’s the only death rattle card there 😉

You can also play Mecha’thun prior to starting your combo and shadow stepping it, since it will remove the need of any coins.

It is recommended to use kings bane instead of your hero power, since it is protected against weapon removal and no-one will screw your perfectly working, efficient, simple, brilliant combo.

Be sure to survive. The deck works 100%.

LAST TIP: Be prompt to play this and climb that ladder, since it will probably be patched soon since it’s LIT, bruh.

Countess Ashmore will draw either kingsbane or mecha’thun, so drawing kingsbane either naturally or with shiny finder is important as well

Does having a weapon equipt count as having a card on the battlefield? If it does you wouldn’t be able to use the kingsbane.
