OTK Priest 240 Damage potential

Hey guys, here is a deck that Toast played a few days ago, and which is pretty cool.

You have only 4 creatures to be sure to ressurect them all on a full loaded spellstone.

2 of them are for the draw : Loot Hoarder and Bloodmage Thalnos

2 of them are for the damage combo Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen. Bloodmage Thalnos can help too with the extra spell damage.

The goal of the deck is to be sure to get 1 Radiant Elemental Prophet Velen and Bloodmage Thalnos dies during the game. Then, on turn 10 a full loaded Lesser Diamond Spellstone for 7 mana. You play 1 Vivid Nightmare on Velen for 2 mana. Then you just blast your opponent with 1 Mind Blast (1 mana for 24 damage) and 1 Holy Smite (0 mana for 12 damage). Total damage : 36. It kills almost all opponents in the game even with the armor of their DKs. This is the initial combo, but there are a lot of ways to deal a lot more (great against Hadronox druids or Odd Warriors which can stack a lot of armor). I will explain them later.

Its very important to get your Loot Hoarder and Bloodmage Thalnos early in the game because they are your core draw. Then you can resurrect them with Twilight's Call to have a very fast draw. Power Word: Shield and Mass Dispel will help you to do that too.

You have plenty removals to deal with the early, mid and late game.

In the early, you want to have your Shadow Word: Pain and Spirit Lash. Spirit Lash is great in the actual meta because agro decks uses a lot of 1 HP minions. It also combos very well with Bloodmage Thalnos and Prophet Velen for a Reno effect.

With Shadow Word: Death (keep it versus Warlock) you can deal with the mid game, Mass Dispel helps too on a Tarim. Psychic Scream is a very important card because it buys a lot a time, and we want some time to get our combo.

Once you played Bloodmage Thalnos and Loot Hoarder its great to get Twilight's Call on Shadow Visions because you want to cycle fast with this type of deck.

We run 2 Lesser Diamond Spellstone because you dont want to have only 1 copy in the bottom of the deck. We want to have the time to load it, but its pretty easy because this deck almost run only spells.

You play Shadowreaper to get rid of a massive board, and control the game easily. You can also start to pressure between 2 spells if your opponent plays a very slow deck like Odd Warrior or Hadronox which requires a lot of damage.

Here are the combo possibilities (in case if 1 Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen died) and you have the 2nd Radiant Elemental in your hand.

* You play the Radiant Elemental for 2 mana, the full loaded Lesser Diamond Spellstone for 6 mana. So you have 2 Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen on the board. You play 1 Vivid Nightmare for 1 mana on Prophet Velen. You play 2 Mind Blast for 20 damage and 0 mana each, and 2 Holy Smite for 8 damage and 0 mana each. Total damage : 56. If u get extra Mind Blast on Shadow Visions you will deal 20 more each.

* You play the Radiant Elemental for 2 mana, the full loaded Lesser Diamond Spellstone for 6 mana. So you have 2 Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen on the board. You play 2 Vivid Nightmare for 2 mana on Prophet Velen. You play 2 Mind Blast for 40 damage and 0 mana each, and 2 Holy Smite for 16 damage and 0 mana each. Total damage : 112. If u get extra Mind Blast on Shadow Visions you will deal 40 more each.

Here are the combo possibilities (in case if 1 Radiant Elemental Prophet Velen died and Bloodmage Thalnos and you have the 2nd Radiant Elemental in your hand.

* You play the Radiant Elemental for 2 mana, the full loaded Lesser Diamond Spellstone for 6 mana. So you have 2 Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen and Bloodmage Thalnos on the board. You play 1 Vivid Nightmare for 1 mana on Prophet Velen. You play 2 Mind Blast for 24 damage and 0 mana each, and 2 Holy Smite for 12 damage and 0 mana each. Total damage : 72. If u get extra Mind Blast on Shadow Visions you will deal 24 more each.

* You play the Radiant Elemental for 2 mana, the full loaded Lesser Diamond Spellstone for 6 mana. So you have 2 Radiant Elemental and Prophet Velen and Bloodmage Thalnos on the board. You play 2 Vivid Nightmare for 2 mana on Prophet Velen. You play 2 Mind Blast for 48 damage and 0 mana each, and 2 Holy Smite for 24 damage and 0 mana each. Total damage : 144. If u get 2 extra Mind Blast on Shadow Visions (which is pretty unlikely to happen because the probability is not that high) you will deal 48 more each for a crazy amount of 240 DAMAGE.
