2020 Announcements Coming March 17 – “We’re going to share more than we ever have before”

While the social media teaser was pretty much enough to know what’s going on, an official confirmation is here. Announcements are coming March 17! Given that we haven’t heard anything about neither new expansion, nor Standard Year / HoF rotation, we’re probably going to see both announced at the same time. Since the expansion will most likely be released in early-mid April, and there’s still reveal season ahead of us, I doubt that they can postpone announcing it and give us only part of the info right now.

On March 17 at 9 AM PT (for those of you outside of US, remember about the recent change to daylight saving time – e.g. it’s at 17:00 CET, not at the usual 18-19), they will stream the announcements on Twitch and YouTube. We’ll get to see Director Ben Lee, Designers Chadd Nervig and Dean Ayala, as well as one and only Brian Kibler. If I recall correctly, it’s the first time we’re going to see Game Director Ben Lee on the official stream (even though he took over the position a while ago, after Ben Brode quit).

Also, here’s an interesting part – in this announcement of an announcement, they’ve mentioned that they’re going to share more than they have ever before. Sounds promising!
