Shop Update: New & Returning Constructed Skins, Twist & Wild Bundles

Another shop update dropped today! It adds one new Constructed skin for Warrior and one returning skin for Mage. On top of those, we have two new Twist starter bundles that unlock 3 Wild Legendaries (each of them being a Twist Hero, so they also become playable). And finally, three Twist/Wild-focused bundles with a mix of Signature/Diamond versions of Twist Hero Legendaries with. However, you definitely won’t buy those if you don’t want the Diamond/Signature versions of the cards, because they are too expensive just for a Twist unlock. Interestingly, all three of those Legendaries are from Year of the Wolf, so they are still available in Standard. Anyway, here are all of the new items that are available this week:

  • Feliron Varian Bundle (1000 Runestones or $10) – New Tier 2 Warrior skin + 5 Warrior card packs.
  • Arcane Sentinel Jaina (1000 Gold or $7) – Returning Tier 2 Mage skin. Originally available from the shop in November 2021.
  • Twist Starter Bundle 4 (2000 Runestones or $20) – Three Legendaries unlocking Heroes in the current Twist format (Sargeras, the Destroyer, Tamsin Roame, Queen Azshara)
  • Twist Starter Bundle 5 (2000 Runestones or $20) – Three Legendaries unlocking Heroes in the current Twist format (Heartbreaker Hedanis, Thorim, Stormlord, Halveria Darkraven)
  • Diamond Hearbreaker Hedanis Bundle (4000 Runestones or $40) – Diamond Heartbreaker Hedanis + 8 Wild card packs + 7 Golden Wild card packs.
  • Diamond Halveria Darkraven Bundle (4000 Runestones or $40) – Diamond Halveria Darkraven + 8 Wild card packs + 7 Golden Wild card packs.
  • Signature Thorim, Stormlord Bundle (4000 Runestones or $40) – Signature Thorim, Stormlord + 10 Wild card packs + 7 Golden Wild card packs.

Tier 1 skins are “premium” ones while Tier 2 are more basic. In general, Tier 1 skins tend to include more extra features like completely new emotes, Hero Power animations, unique Hero tray, or some extra visual effects. Some of those might also be included in Tier 2 skins, but usually only 1 of those special features is present (if any). It’s not an official classification – it’s just something we use to differentiate between more basic and premium skins! Blizzard has added their own “rarities” for Battlegrounds skins, but they haven’t done it so far for Constructed (other than Diamond & Legendary Heroes).

New items usually stay in the shop for around 1-2 weeks – sometimes it’s longer (3 or more weeks) but I wouldn’t universally count on that, so if you’re interested in one of them, get them soon.
