A meta changing nerf could be coming that will all but eliminate Hunter and nerf other major decks. Reports of “bugged” cards have been floating around that have altered mana costs and stats of some potentially huge cards.

- Leeroy Jenkins: 5 mana cost, up from 4.
- Starving Buzzard: 5 mana cost, up from 2 — 3/2 attack and health, up from 2/1
The decks that would be nerfed are major ones:
- All Hunter Decks: Turn 5 no longer brings Starving Buzzard and Unleash the Hounds to the table. Potentially huge draws are limited to turn 8.
- Miracle Rogue: 18 Damage out of no where with Leeroy is no longer possible. The combo would now cost 11 mana (3x Leeroy, 2x Shadowstep = 11 mana).
- HandLock: 20 damage turn 10s are dead, now costing 11 mana. HandLock can cut Leeroy and use Arcane Golem for a 9 mana 16 damage play (1x Arcane Golem, 1x Power Overwhelming, 1x Faceless Manipulator = 9 mana).
