Netherspite is the second boss of The Spire wing in One Night in Karazhan.
- Netherspite starts out with 30 Health in Normal mode.
- Netherspite starts out with 30 Health and 15 Armor in Heroic mode.

How-to Beat Heroic Netherspite
Netherspite is very scary until you get a board going. Placing a taunt like Annoy-o-Tron into the Blue Portal will stymie his attack right off the bat. You’ll want to then punish him with minions with the Red Portal. You absolutely need a minion to at least stop his attack with in the first couple turns or else he can destroy you with his double attacks.
