Zetalot is trucking up the ranks with this Dragon Priest deck. I think we’re all a bit surprised how strong this deck is turning out to be, just a few new cards, two of which aren’t even Priest cards and the class is back on the map. Wyrmrest Agent is just a very solid two drop, while Twilight Guardian is tough to remove when the Priest is able to put heals on it. Chillmaw is another great momentum stopper, while Vol'jin, Shadow Word: Death, and Ysera will help seal the late game.

Hey so this is what I did for my lack of Chillmaw (I’ve been waiting for a dragon soulpriest deck for so long! Because there are plenty of board clears w/ soulpriest+ circle of healing + holy nova, I took the hit on the Chillmaw deathrattle effect. I put in another Azure drake (to maintain good draws). I was debating putting in a lightbomb – but that would leave too few drakes left. Not sure if I should have chrom or nefarian instead, but the Azure does help with the board clear as well. Thoughts?
You don’t really need Chillmaw, Kolento doesn’t play it: http://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/dragon-priest-deck-list/
I like this deck. It is my first TGT deck after 50 TGT pack purchase where I received Chillmaw.
I don’t have twilight guardian and don’t want to craft it yet. Replaced it with 1 thoughtsteal and 1 spellbreaker. With so many new cards that do crazy stuff the silence is a must have card. I’m thinking about replacing thoughtsteal with a mass dispell card, but I just like the thoughtsteal, it is my favorite “alwayslucky” card.
