I play a very similar deck around level 9-10 and love the concept. The main problem im having is beating dragon priests. Any tips on beating this match up, or even better, any game play?
I’m playing the standard Miracle Rogue deck (Counterfeit Coin in place of Burly Bully in this case) and dragon priest is really just a tough match-up for Rogue. For mulligan I don’t mind keeping an Azure Drake around if I’m going second, it’s tough for them to deal with if you coin it out on turn 4.
You’re pretty much going to need Small-time Buccaneer for your opener (plays around Potion of Madness, where Swashbuckler does not). Don’t be afraid to Sap their Drake/Draconic Operative to keep your board presence and get tempo, even though they get the battle-cry off again, it’s going to cost them their entire turn and will open them up to some more damage.
Basically you just need to draw better than them :/
